We're Hiring : Front of House Manager - Café

Join the team at Jackal & Hide. We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and reliable Front of House Manager to help lead daily café operations and create an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the café is set up correctly and on time each day (tables, service areas, cleanliness)

* Welcome guests and provide warm, professional customer service

* Coordinate orders between kitchen and tables

* Manage bookings, reservations, phone enquiries, and pickup orders

* Operate the point of sale and process payments

* Assist with stock takes and general operations

* Support content creation with basic camera/photo skills

What We’re Looking For:

* Available to work weekends (essential)

* Strong verbal communication skills

* Fluent in English

* Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems (essential)

* Friendly, organised, and quick to learn

* Hospitality/customer service experience is an advantage
